Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Holiday Professor (“Agency”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”) and the customer (“Customer”, “You”) in relation to the booking and provision of travel services.

By using the services of Holiday Professor, making travel inquiries, or confirming any booking through our website or representatives, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and updated information at the time of making a booking. This may include personal details, passport information, contact details, and travel preferences.

1.2 Booking Confirmation

Holiday Professor will make every reasonable effort to secure the requested travel arrangements. However, all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.

1.3 Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay the full cost of travel services as communicated by Holiday Professor, which may include:

  • Airfare

  • Accommodation

  • Transportation

  • Tour packages

  • Visa assistance fees

  • Taxes and service charges

Payment schedules and methods will be shared at the time of booking and must be followed accordingly.

1.4 Non-Payment

In case of delayed payment, incomplete payment, or insufficient funds, Holiday Professor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or release the booking without liability.


2. Travel Documents

2.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and ensuring the validity of all required travel documents, including:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Travel permits

  • Health certificates

  • Vaccination documents

2.2 Guidance from the Agency

While Holiday Professor may provide guidance or assistance regarding visa or documentation requirements, the final responsibility for obtaining valid documents rests with the Customer.

Failure to produce valid documents may result in denied boarding, entry restrictions, or travel disruptions for which the agency will not be responsible.


3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1 Customer-Initiated Changes

Any request for cancellation or modification must be submitted to Holiday Professor in writing via email or official communication channels.

Cancellation or modification charges may apply based on the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers, along with any service fees charged by Holiday Professor.

3.2 Change Requests

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes requested by the Customer; however, availability and additional costs cannot be guaranteed.

3.3 Force Majeure

Holiday Professor reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Political unrest

  • Airline operational changes

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

In such cases, we will try to offer alternative travel arrangements or process refunds according to the policies of the respective travel service providers.


4. Refund Policy

The refund policy of Holiday Professor depends on the specific type of booking and the cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or travel service providers.

General Refund Principles

  • Refunds are processed according to the cancellation terms applicable to the specific booking.

  • Service charges, processing fees, or supplier penalties may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Holiday Professor acts only as an intermediary and initiates refunds after receiving the refunded amount from the respective service provider (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators).

  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the policies of the travel service providers.


5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Insurance Recommendation

Holiday Professor strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical emergencies

  • Travel delays

  • Loss of baggage or personal belongings

5.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for understanding the coverage, exclusions, and terms of their chosen travel insurance policy.


6. Liability

6.1 Third-Party Providers

Holiday Professor acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these service providers.

6.2 Travel Disruptions

The agency shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, delay, or damage caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Schedule changes

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

6.3 Travel Risks

Customers acknowledge that travel may involve certain inherent risks. Holiday Professor shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, death, or loss of property occurring during the course of travel.


7. Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

Holiday Professor collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Sharing of Information

Customers agree that necessary personal information may be shared with travel service providers, visa authorities, or partners for the purpose of processing bookings and travel arrangements.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Holiday Professor operates.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.


9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Holiday Professor and the Customer regarding travel services and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or representations related to the same. By using the services of Holiday Professor, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
